Yoga is for every body

Erin started practicing yoga in 2006, learning the tradition of Swami Satyananda of the Bihar School of Yoga, and focuses on aligning the whole person – mind, body and spirit.

Erin began teaching yoga in 2012 and has focused on the yogic techniques of breathwork, mantra, and the relaxation practice of yoga nidra. Yoga is so much more than exercise, it is a systematic approach of balancing and alignment to create inner stillness. The ancient techniques of yoga can gently guide us to profound insights and shifts.

Erin leads small classes monthly at her home studio that focus on pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yoga nidra. Gentle asana postures are intended to bring about a balanced physical/mental state to embark on the journey inside through breath and meditation.
